My name is Kim, I love to create beautiful and meaningful design.

After years of learning as much as I could in Singapore and the UK, from fine arts to illustration design, graphic communication and food styling, I wanted to put my mixed-media education to good use. In 2015, I created an independent publication called T·pot Journal (teapot). In the last two years, we have published 9 volumes and garnered large support on social media with more than 45,000 followers.

In September 2017, I founded Away Studio - where I collaborate with chefs, designers & photographers to host cooking and food photography workshops. Away aims to connect people and learn about different cultures through culinary arts.

I've worked as a graphic designer on marketing campaigns for clients such as GlaxoSmithKline, Ribena, Intel, Bosch, Dell, Joyoung, on books and publications for PageOne Publishing, Well&Able, and The Coffee House, etc. I've also created posts in my own artistic approach for social media campaigns to promote brand products and services.

Through my work experience in Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with talented photographers, writers, and artists from many different countries. I believe in teamwork and direct individual contributions toward a shared objective. I'm looking to extend my work to clients and am available for freelance projects in the culinary field.
